Buyers sourcing cosmetics from China rarely struggle to find a factory. They struggle to find one that can carry a formula from concept to shelf-ready bottle without handing the project to three different suppliers along the way. Shanghai ENDLESS Cosmetics Co., Ltd. — operating in Shanghai's Oriental Beauty Valley industrial park under the Daleimei name — was built to close that gap. Founded in 2021 with a registered capital of RMB 10 million, the company combines a dedicated R&D center, in-house emulsification, and eight filling lines inside a single 10,000-square-meter facility. For distributors, private-label brands and importers, that means one accountable partner from brief to pallet.
Three Ways to Work With One Manufacturer
Most contract manufacturers offer one model and stretch it to fit every client. ENDLESS runs three distinct engagement structures, each with its own scope, so a buyer pays only for the work actually needed.
OEM processing. You bring the formula, the specification and the packaging. We handle emulsification, filling, sealing, labeling and packing against your approved standard. This suits established brands with in-house R&D that need reliable, repeatable production capacity in Asia.
ODM product customization. You bring a market position and a target consumer. Our formulators develop the base, adjust texture, fragrance and efficacy direction, then move the approved sample into production. This is the fastest route for retailers and distributors building a private label without a formulation team of their own.
OBM brand solutions. You bring a brand ambition and a launch window. We support product selection, formulation, packaging format and production under a brand concept, giving importers a lower-barrier entry into a category they want to test before committing to a full in-house program.
Formulation Capability: Aseptic Processing and 75-Nanometer Micro-Jet Technology
The R&D center covers more than 100 square meters with full bench and pilot facilities. Development runs across four product families — skincare, hair and body care, children's care, and wax-based products — which means a buyer can build a coordinated range across categories instead of assembling it from separate vendors.
Two processing technologies carry most of the differentiation. The aseptic production system is designed to sharply reduce contamination risk during manufacture, and the company reports a meaningful drop in skin sensitization rates on products run through it — a direct advantage for sensitive-skin lines, baby care and anything positioned around mildness. The micro-jet system drives particle size down to 75 nanometers, which improves absorption and raises the utilization rate of the formulation. In practical terms, that supports lighter textures, faster absorption and more elegant sensory finishes at the same active loading.
Production Floor: Capacity From 100L to 2000L
Emulsification capacity is staged across the full range: 100L, 300L and 500L vessels for pilot runs and smaller launches, three sets of 1000L for scale-up, and two sets of 2000L for high-volume orders. Annual emulsification output exceeds 600 tons.
Eight production lines run beneath that — including one dedicated gift line and two wax-based lines — with an annual filling capacity of 20 million bottles. Two of the wax lines matter for buyers in color cosmetics: lipstick, lip gloss and mascara sit on a different process path from emulsion-based skincare, and having that capability in-house avoids subcontracting the color portion of a range.
Equipment includes fully automatic eight-head facial mask filling machines, fully automatic tube filling and sealing machines running at 4,200 tubes per hour, ampoule filling machines, special-shaped bag packaging machines, single-use (sachet and vial) machines and blister machines. The result is filling coverage across glass bottles, plastic bottles, tubes, aluminum foil bags, single-use formats and blister packs — different products, different specifications, one production schedule.
Product Range
Skincare: masks, facial cleansers, toners, lotions, essences, creams and eye creams.
Hair and body care: shampoos, body washes, conditioners, hair masks and hair oils.
Children's care: hair and body wash products, body lotions and creams.
Makeup: lipsticks, lip glosses and mascaras.
Because formulation, emulsification, filling and packing sit inside one facility, a range that spans skincare and color can be scheduled together, packed to a single carton specification and shipped as one consolidated order.
Quality Systems and Compliance
The plant operates under ISO 9001 and GMPC quality management system certification and holds a High-Tech Enterprise certificate, alongside multiple patents covering formulation and process work. Production runs in a pipeline-based environment with intelligent equipment, which reduces manual handling between process steps — the point where contamination and batch deviation usually enter a factory.
Documentation, batch records and specification sheets are prepared as part of the production package, so importers can file what their own market regulators require without chasing paperwork after the container has sailed.
Why the Location Matters
Oriental Beauty Valley is Shanghai's designated cosmetics cluster — a concentration of formulators, packaging suppliers, testing labs and ingredient distributors inside one industrial zone. For an overseas buyer, the practical effect is speed. Packaging sourcing, stability and microbiological testing, and component tooling can all be coordinated within a short radius of the production floor, which compresses the gap between approved sample and first shipment.
The wider industry is moving in a direction this facility is already set up for. Single-use ampoules, sachets and vials continue to gain share in travel retail, hotel amenities and clinical-positioned skincare. Sensitive-skin and children's lines keep pushing manufacturers toward stricter aseptic control. And private-label demand from distributors and pharmacy chains keeps pulling formulation timelines shorter. A manufacturer with in-house development, in-house wax capability and single-use filling under one roof answers all three at once.
